We had damage to our Vostile concrete tile roof which had begun leaking into the garage area of our house. We called for an estimate and heard back immediately to schedule our appointment. They arrived and inspected the roof and took the time to explain everything that needed repair in detail. Our roof required special installation and the original roofers did not do the job properly. This eventually led to the damage to the substrate. The job was very tedious and labor intensive removing and re-installing the existing tile, repairing damage, and installing the proper under-layment. Everyone invovled was very courteous and they ensured the job site was cleaned daily. A great deal of additional work was required that wasn’t identified in the original estimate and they worked with us to get this done right at a very reasonable cost. Overall our experience was exceptional and we appreciated working with true professionals. We are very pleased with the quality of the finished product and we will recommend them to my family and friends.

The work had to be done right before deadline and they got it done. They were petty cheaper and did a nice job. They have a follow up that they had to do but it was a minor thing.

Very well. There was a minor snag with the color of the ridge caps provided as the supplier sent the wrong color but was quickly rectified and the work professionally completed.

He did a great job, and quite quickly. He brought the correct equipment and tools and gave us excellent feedback about what he found. The roof did not need any active repair or replacement. We appreciated the honest feedback, when many roofers would have made sure some work needed to be done. Our roof is almost 11 years old, so he could have easily convinced us that work needed doing.

It went very well. The crew was very professional. They did an excellent job and cleaned up well. They even stayed late last night to make sure we had coverage-rain was expected. It did rain and we did not get a drop anywhere inside our house.

Great! All work was as promised. Our neighborhood had major hail damage in April 2013. We were able to observe many other roofing companies work. We were very pleased with the number in the crew and the work accomplished! Ours was a big job but done in a timely manner. Any questions or concerns were addressed immediately!!

No complaints. They did a great job at a very competitive price. We were walked through the entire process. For someone who is not exactly the most knowledgeable about anything roofing like myself. It was made simple to understand. Right now we just did our roof but will have them come back for some other things that need to be fixed.

Description of work:

Install commercial grade roofing on flat roof over garage. Install custom flashing around perimeter of roof where it meets the house.

They handled all of the scheduling including ordering of all the materials, showed up on time, did the work within the estimated time frame and it all looks great!.

Friendly service from owner all the way to employees. Word was kept on a warranty repair and it was a no hassle repair set up.

They were very professional, had the roof done quickly and it’s beautiful. I was also able to get some of the most up-to-date products which will help with the duration of the roof. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a good roof.
